Here in Georgia the residential gas lines are shared by all of the providers. It basically works out to each of them in competition based on what price they are able to negotiate with their provider, plus what they charge for admin fees and then their profit.

I could see the same system working for the ISP market, except that cost sharing considerations for transmission line improvements would have to be made. Residential gas lines aren't in the state of growth that internet service is in, so I imagine this would be somewhat new territory. And of course we would have to be willing to basically eminent domain all of the existing transmission lines. I'm rarely a fan of the eminent domain option, but I'm not a fan of requiring each potential ISP to dig up the streets to lay cable either.

People have been connecting dots for months and can't even a imagine the possibility of the FBI being corrupt. Wow.

Tim Scott is a perfect example for this country. Man who grew up in poverty and rising to prominent ranks while believing in true conservative values. I hope he runs as well.
