Next, we’re talking about non-citizen individuals who applied for drivers licences or ID within a 22-year span, and also voted at some point during that period. Did some of those individuals become citizens during that period? We don’t know, because the provided data doesn’t include that information. If the ultimate goal is electoral integrity, both of those questions would need to be answered.
It’s consistently been the case that these attempts to prove widespread fraudulent voting have crashed on the rocks of actual scrutiny. They’re part of a cynical attempt to limit the franchise, and should be viewed with suspicion.
Ive read all of this. The article i linked was not to say ah hah here is the proof that millions of people vote illegally. Iys to show yet another weakenss in our voting records where nobody can say with confidence who is and isnt voting.
We will see more of these stories gradually come out juhst as we have with other states.

Ok, well it seems to me that the sensible solution is to ensure that only legal voters are voting while also designing the process to encourage as much legal participation as possible, because taking steps to make it harder to vote only benefits the entrenched power structures that you’ve identified as problematic. Seems like your newfound appreciation for economic populism would point you in the right direction, so I’ll be patient until that particular lightbulb switches on.
One of if not the most absurd positon taken on by the left in recent years is that government issued ID as a requirement to vote is some sort of an impediment. It doesnt make any sense and would be by far the easiest way to ensure the integrity of our elections.

"the left" has become the generic term for whatever anyone wishes to demonize in relation to color,gender,religion or business regulation
Ive never heard/read one libertarian voice denounce the call for voter id.
The left are the majority of the democrats just like the right is the majority of republicans.

5. Warren attacks Dan Snyder for buying a yacht... As if she has some power to decide what people do with their own money. As if she doesn't understand how rich people buying rich things produces jobs (see what happened during the luxery tax days of the 90s). Shey says it hurts people struggling with student debt but then she turns around and charges University millions of dollars for her to speak at their campus. What a hero she is. It's clear to me this is completely impossible to do (see reasons 1 and 3)... But she's using it as a rallying call for crazies as a reason to hate the rich. It's not a serious proposal. If she's smart as you say she is, she knows that. And if she knows that, she's just using dumb emotional people to get support.

Im trying to stop socialism from taking full hold in this country. If you choose to ignore those that have not taken part in the positives of capitalism then you will be part of the reason why capitalism ends.

I think we'll do what Sweden did and go to socialism and things will go to **** and we'll get a government that comes in a has to fix things.
ACA was a good example but unfortunately the sheep we're convinced still that that too was capitalism so now we need more.
Once burns everything down we will go back to freedom. Will be painful.

You can't stop anything. The sooner you figure that out, the more accepting the future will be. All you do is rant on and on. The US is not a conservative country anymore. The progressive trend is only just beginning. Hopefully universal healthcare is just a first step.

i remind myself that trump didn't win a majority of the vote in the republican primary and didn't win a majority in the general election
