Forty thousand had come from Nigeria, Mr. Trump added. Once they had seen the United States, they would never “go back to their huts” in Africa, recalled the two officials, who asked for anonymity to discuss a sensitive conversation in the Oval Office.
 
The state of America today, Trump can just say what he wants, declare things as fake news, etc. The media who vets it's sources is not credible, but Trump who has retweeted Fox News headlines is credible.

Let’s be real here. A substantial proportion of Trump’s public statements, via twitter and otherwise, are just recapitulating what he’s seen on Fox News that day. Like, there are volumes of evidence for this. It’s pretty ****ed up, IMO.

No one here has defended abortion in any trimester

One poster pointed out there were factual misunderstandings

Another simply asked that people wanting to discuss abortion create a space to discuss abortion .
This request got him called a murderer.

and yet another opined that emotional discussions involving the topic of abortion seem to take center stage when (R) poll numbers sag
same poster wondered where this concern for children was when the topic is Flint,Puerto Rio or the border
..............

Correct, the President of the United States effectively is attempting to create a state media. I mean it isn't shocking that most of the republicans and Trump campaign/cabinet members are in bed with the Russians as they seem to love the state of the Russian Government.

It is. But everything is priced in. Nobody cares what he tweets they just care what he does.

I've asked goldy and others for policies issues and they dont answer. I know you have. But if they can't articulate what policy has bothered them so much, it's tough to take them seriously.

Trump is anti-net Neutrality. That alone should have everyone under the age of 40 pissed off at him. But sadly the majority of people are morons and believe the lies that are sold to them by major telecoms.

His entire military approach where he banned transgender folks from the military.

I mean the reality is that it's hard to complain about what Trump has done too much because he's so incompetant at law that very little he wants to get done gets done.

Backing out of the Paris Climate Accord. Not that it was necessarily binding but Trump has done more to negate the general positivity that Obama did to work towards improving our stance on Climate Change.

Rolling back the Obama ere ease of the Cuban Embargo

Being a giant tool and moving the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem

Holding the government ransom for a Borderwall

Sadly the one thing I was hoping he would do was spend 1.5 Trillion upgrading the US infrastructure.

24 hour news cycle has murdered the majority of the media. What murdered the majority of the rest was billionaires buying up newspapers to flex their interest. There still is fantastic media out there, most of it is traditional. The problem is that most people watch their news, which is all about soundbytes and that changed the way the media functioned. If you actually read then go on and vet things you get a lot more information.
 
Transgenders shoulf be no where near a battlefield or in the armed forcesm these are mentally unstable individuals.

Paris accord was a farse. Nobody but the US committes to it and we are still reducing our carbon footprint after the exit.

Shouldnt we have all died from net neutrality so far? I have not seen one shred of impact from.that change.

All of these items you cite are bs. Lets ignore korea/china/economy/talk of bringing troops home
