Well, when you're not as well liked, there are more potential security threats.

Trump's asshole reputation ends up making us have to pay more for security wherever he goes including overseas.

At least public humiliation of Trump's overseas trip is over. The cumulative effect of parading Trump's, and by association America's, ignorance and idiocy for all the world to laugh at has got to be great.

And, b) if the US militay with 10s of thousands at the border cant solve this issue, what are 6,000 Mexican soldiers going to do ?

Or had any one on one dealings with Mexican officials ?

You should go look at a map before making such a stupid statement.
 
One thing I learned from the NYT link is that we haven't the same immigration/asylum arrangement with Mexico we have with Canada.
That seems odd
