I have made no secret about how dangerous this SJW movement is. The right is plenty guilty of trying to silence people from wrong thought/speech too. There is only 1 party I know of that stands up for free speech/thought.
 
Elijiah Cummings - "the war on drugs is destroying the city of Baltimore turning it into a hell hole"


Republicans - "yeah but we are going to double down on the war on drugs anyways"




Republicans 10 years later - "Cummings is responsible for his district being a **** show"

Here is the creator of The Wire explaining why Baltimore is a **** show. I hear he knows a thing or two about the city. Sure you can blame Democrats who were mostly on charge but you would be critisizing them for doing exactly what Republicans support which is doubling down on the war on drugs, over policing, and unaccountable policing. Isnt that what the Donald supports? There really is no way possible to support police more than the city of Baltimore did. This is why I say Republicans giving Democrats "advice" is a trap. Now you want to blame Democrats for their extremely conservative policy.

I’d bet just about anything that there is not a single public statement Trump has made about these parts of the country or its leaders that uses anything even resembling the wording he chose today.

Are you saying some of the videos that are coming in about the conditions in Cummings district are similar? Even local residents are saying the same.

Trying to make everything into 'Orange man bad' or 'Orange man racist' has got to be exhausting.

All I’m saying is there are some rough spots in whiter parts of America, and Trump is far more likely to give a measured, supportive response when discussing these parts of the country.

Highlighting these disasters after decades of neglect is exactly what should be done. The african american community has been hoodwinked by the left for decades as their lives have not improved.

This finding racism behind every stone is stale and just cheapens real racism.

Right. It was definitely the left that planted cocaine in African American communities that destroyed families in the 80s.

I would not say that from the fact that a person does not at times indulge in racist or sexist behavior one can infer that this person is not racist or sexist

Trump is a racist. He is a xenophobe. He is a misogynist. He is sexist. Among other things.

The fact that he does something that does not fit neatly in the above categories hardly absolves him of such behavior.

This is why nobody listens anymore to "everybody's a racist" because the left insists on making every criticism about race.

sure...it is overdone and sometimes claimed when unwarranted

but this ought not to obscure the fact that he is racist, misogynist, sexist, xenophobic...among other sterling qualities

the grand wizard of the KKK occasionally goes to the grocery store and functions as a normal human being when doing so...but that ought not the be the headline...and if someone inappropriately accuses him of acting like a racist while all he is doing is buying milk and eggs that ought not be what we hang our hats on
