Is the Chosen One withdrawing troops from Syria? I don't believe so. He is moving them from a strip along the border with Turkey to other parts of Syria. And why is he doing that? So Erdogan can proceed with his project. And what is that project? To remake the demographic composition of the population living in that area along the border. There are other terms sometimes used for "remaking the demographic composition." Turkey has experience with such projects.
