No lawful reason, I should've said, other than he needed a diversion from the Impeachment news, nothing else.
I can't honestly blame Iran for attacking American troops in Iraq or for trying to take advantage of the power vacuum and chaos created by Cheney and Bush. America would certainly do the same to any country who made war with one of our neighbors based on lies and deceits.

When you understand the context in which he speaks what he says makes sense. Everything he says is about what's good for him. So in that context Pelosi is the worst house speaker. In his head is this giant circlejerk where he thinks he is best for America so one can only support America by supporting him. Thus how he tells Ukraine they havent been very good to "us".
