The Trump Presidency

I’m still trying to figure out when our troops became mercenaries and who did the Saudis gives a billion dollars to?

The Trump administration insists that it killed top Iranian military commander Qasem Soleimani to prevent an “imminent” attack on the U.S.–but President Donald Trump signed off on his assassination over six months ago.

NBC News reported on Monday morning that Trump authorized a fatal drone strike on Soleimani in June.
“There have been a number of options presented to the President over the course of time,” an unnamed official told NBC News.
The report further complicates the administration’s claim that Iran was right about to attack the U.S. before Soleimani’s death on January 3.
Ever since the assassination, Trump’s top officials have been unable to explain exactly when or where Iran was going to strike.

Trump's bread and butter is showing up in person and making appearances at college football games in the South. Probably the only sports events he won't get majority boo'd at.

The response to this I always got from sturg was, well, he hasn’t started any *new* wars. We’ve got a footprint in more countries, we’ve got more troops deployed, we’ve expanded operations significantly in Africa, we’re doing more drone strikes with less oversight, but somehow he’s supposed to get credit for being anti-war.

Trump Supporters: "Yeah he's doing it now because the previous administrations didn't take care of it the last 20 years!"

1- the ww2 generation were more hateful and bigoted than the average person today

2- convicted felons can not legally posses or own a gun

3- I dont understand why post ww2 America is a good model for anyone. The holocaust we started will kill more people than the Nazi holocaust. Maybe they envy that we lead the world in incarceration rate. If each state was a country 26 states would be the top 26 in incarceration rate. We have started how many wars? And how many of them were based on lies?

4- The problem America has is that it should have split into two. The North and the South. The North won the war but the South won the peace that followed.

Who has asked Trump who/how is paying for this trade deal and the payouts to farmers ?

Yet each and every Progressive initiative is scrutinized by the inane question ( (R) talking point ) of " how are you going to pay for that"

This gets tiresome
