Excuse you. Which metrics was this? Most dead people from a pandemic? Most jobs lost? Highest deficit? Record levels of spending? Most co-conspirators pardoned?

Judge tosses the lawsuit against the FBI by vault clients and days the FBI did nothing wrong. Yet another hoax by the people who continuously fall for fake news. It was obvious to everyone else. What judge in this world gives authorization to search but specifically bars civil asset forfeiture. Never seen it and I am all over the civil asset forfeiture





Disclaimer for Garmel. I do not support civil asset forfeiture. Any judge that rules it constitutional should be removed and disbarred. That is not the issue at hand here
Whether the FBI did anything illegal, lied, or misled the Judge to get the warrants. All of which was rejected. I dont expect any of you to own up to falling for this hoax. I know better than that. You will just double down like always no matter how wrong you are.
 
As Reason has previously detailed, the warrant for the raid explicitly forbade law enforcement from seizing or searching the private property contained in the safe deposit boxes held at U.S. Private Vaults, which was the target of the FBI's investigation. Despite that, field agents cracked open the boxes and rifled through them—and even ran some of the contents past the noses of drug-sniffing dogs—in what the FBI claims were a necessary inventory of the property but looks more like a fishing expedition. Attorneys for the box owners noted that FBI agents admitted during depositions that they planned to forfeit cash and other valuables from the boxes, even though they did not include those plans in the warrant application

That's why we call him the bootlicker. Cajun complains about judges who let dirty cops off the hook but doesn't understand the irony here.

Yeah good luck with that appeal. If you haven't realized it's a rigged game when it comes to Judges ruling on governments authority.

Not a single one of you gives a rat's ass about this case or the relevant issue. You just want something to support your "FBI bad" narrative because you dont like that the guy who ran on a platform of locking up Hillary Clinton is being investigated. And that's why you can kiss my ass.

They aren't the Borg or a singular collective hive mind. They definitely have a bad history before Trump ever came along. That doesnt mean I think the murderer they caught last week is a victim of a conspiracy by the FBI. Most of my problem with the FBI is what they wont do which is proactive audits of police.

You should win in appeal then since lts a different judge. I am telling you this was a rigged game. That judge ain't going to get nominated for a higher office being anti police. That's not me supporting it. That's me telling you the reality. So since I know I need to be very clear. I think the right verdict was against the FBI.
