Good article. In addition to the draft aspect, the impact on our international pool could be big as well. While we're almost certain to blow past our pool by a huge amount, the tax isn't free. Any more money that we can add to pool will add money back to the team. Could make the financial difference on a player in 2017 or in the international class itself.
