Should be Glenn.

Daryl's role has been significantly reduced the last few seasons.

Glenn on the other hand has had his death foreshadowed several times, including him looking at the pictures of Lucille. Also considering Maggie is pregnant, it would be big. Don't think they would kill a pregnant woman like that on TV though.

Well Glenn was the one who died in the comics. But Glenn had his story ramped up heavily as Maggie was pregnant at the time he was bludgeoned to death. It added much more weight to his death and emotion to that kill.

They've teased his death a few times now.

At the top of my head was Terminus, Dumpster, and Unlimited Ammo at the gate before Abraham saved him. And then as I mentioned he was the one that saw the pics of Lucille.

I agree. I also think that Ride With Norman Reedus show they are doing might mean the end of him on Walking Dead. There have been reports for a couple of years now that they are running out of ideas for him. Either or would be fine with me. It has to be someone from the original group to really mean anything. The last one from the original group to die was Andrea in season 3.
 
If it were one of the BIG ones, like Daryl or Glenn, they would've shown it. It's going to be Abraham or maybe Eugene, but Abraham's whole character arc these last handful of episodes fits it perfectly.

Also cause when he and Negan stared down he popped his body up like a sacrificial soldier.

I also think it's Abe just because he said "taking it like a champ". He would be a good example to make of the group because he's the most disciplined and strongest. Also because it would be another loved one Sasha has lost.

Abraham or Michonne would be my guesses. Why? The story with Abraham/Sasha seems ripe for an unhappy ending and Michonne's death would have the greatest impact on Rick, aside from Carl.
 
Welp.

Just read the leaked spoilers for Negan's victim.

He goes ham on Abraham who pops tall and takes it like a champ. Abraham makes a snark remark to him. Then he is deciding between Glenn and Daryl. Daryl screams for it to be him, then he goes ham on Glenn. Glenn screams Maggie's name one last time before he gets the final cut.
