Since you deleted your tweet, I'll ask again.

"Would you want your daughter being “grabbed by the pussy”?

Yes or no?

In light of that, it's interesting that you advocate for Russia as a reliable partner here, considering they were responsible for securing and destroying the chemical weapons under the 2013 agreement.

You misunderstand my position. I think we have bigger enemies in the world that I would like to partner with Russia. I never 'trusted' them.

I don't blame them for being more adversarial recently. Our foreign policy the previous 8 years was a disaster.

I didn't mention trust. You advocate for them as a reliable partner, right?

As a 'partner'. Absolutely.

You act as if we have been reliable partners to everyone. Each country should have their own interests first. Russia is no different.

You say the first part in light of the obvious fact that they had no intention of upholding their end of an existing agreement.

The second part is just . . . ugh. It's so shortsighted and wrong on many levels. It presupposes "self-interest" as a singular and zero-sum path.

Maybe they just had a lack of respect for the Obama administration and knew that no ramifications would come to them.

Self-Interest should always be the primary goal and in most cases self-interests align.

1) As opposed to now?

2) Errrrrrr...

1) Possibly - do you know otherwise
2) Not sure what is confusing here. Countries need to look out for the best interest of their citizens just like parents look out for their best interests of their kids.

The fact that they've continued to use chemical weapons is fairly compelling.

This is not about Syria, per se, but rather the topsy-turviness of your position. If you say that Syria/Russia laughed off the 2013 agreement based on lack of respect for the Obama Administration, and your evidence for that is that they continued to use chemical weapons, what on earth leads you to believe that they consider the Trump Administration any differently, considering that they've . . . continued to use chemical weapons?

There is a price to be paid for speaking loudly and carrying a little stick. Trump may be learning for the first time, after a lifetime of self-promotion, snake-oil salesmanship and puffery, that you really cannot fool all of the people all of the time. Unfortunately for Republicans, you cannot fool even an electoral majority all of the time.

The president surrendered the privilege of dodging scrutiny when he took the oath of office, if not long before. There are no questions that the American people are not allowed to ask of our leaders, no lies we aren’t allowed to unravel, no authorities we can’t hold accountable. Let the truth come out. We’ll decide for ourselves. It’s a principle we all stand for.

who said this ?

"Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War.

There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do,

and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?"

a) Barrack Obama
b) HRC
c) Mitt Romney
d) all of the above
e) none of the above
