It was kind of your job to know there things and do something about it jackass. Maybe the fact that many police departments refused to publicly release data on how many people they shoot and actively lobbied politicians to block laws aimed at mandating that reporting should have told you they have something to hide. But yeah, people who think they have a right to drive without the gubment permission are terrorists you need to devote a large amount resources to.
