“He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them. But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no ground for preferring either opinion... Nor is it enough that he should hear the opinions of adversaries from his own teachers, presented as they state them, and accompanied by what they offer as refutations. He must be able to hear them from persons who actually believe them...he must know them in their most plausible and persuasive form.”

“The media has a major role to play, whether they want to or not. They have a major role to play as far as tone,” Trump said, as the crowd booed and chanted “CNN sucks!” “The media’s constant unfair coverage, deep hostility and negative attacks only serve to drive people apart and undermine healthy debate.”

“For example, we’ve seen an effort by the media to use the sinister actions of one individual to score points against me and the Republican Party.”

This guy really is something.

Rep. Matt Gaetz was overt in this. On October 17th he tweeted:

BREAKING: Footage in Honduras giving cash 2 women & children 2 join the caravan & storm the US border @ election time. Soros? US-backed NGOs? Time to investigate the source!

Being with a woman all night never hurt no professional baseball player. It’s staying up all night looking for a woman that does him in.

Everyone has limits. You just have to learn what your own limits are and deal with them accordingly.

"We believe God has three institutions: It would be the church, the family, and government"

"What I'd like to see is things like their worldview....Are they people of faith? Do they have a biblical view of justice? I think that is very important"

"I am a New Testament, and whatever I know as long as they that worldview that they'll be a good judge"

"If judges have a secular worldview where this is all we have here on Earth? Then I'm going to be very concerned about how they judge"

Acting AG Matt Whitaker.

Great, our new AG believes in Christian Sharia law too. I wonder how that Religious Liberty Task Force will have to say on this. Of course we all know what that group is. A bunch of Sharia law advocates circlejerking about how their freedom to force their religion on people is under attack.
