In other words "politics" by politicians. This is what a fake trial looks like.

But actual indictments brought by actual prosecutors using actual law is not fake. Some people need to be reminded of this often.

As usual you can only make points by purposefully leaving out context. But no doubt you think Biden is competent enough to post together a huge voter fraud scheme without getting caught.

And it wasnt even a mispeak. Every nominee from the big 2 parties puts together a team of poll watchers and lawyers to watch for fraud. You are just intentionally misinterpreting it and leaving out the sentences before and after that would clarify it to you.
