If Flowers weren't behind the plate that far Inciarte's throw looked perfect to nail that runner keeping that third run off the board. Hopefully just a spring training mistake as he wasn't ready there.

That last batter was a microcosm of why Folty is so frustrating. His 95th pitch of the night was 98 MPH, then he leaves a changeup down the middle for a 2 run single. He needs to take that next step where he finishes off guys in high leverage situations. All the tools are there, he just needs to "learn how to pitch".

0 walks is my favorite. If he keeps that up we are looking at a 200+ inning workhorse.

I saw Brady Feigl got the save today for Texas, good to see that kid make it back. If y'all recall he impressed in spring training with us in the past before injury. There was even talk that he'd be up fast before getting hurt. I hope he gets his career back on track with Texas. Braves sent him there in the Luke Jackson trade with Jenkins (I cannot even recall where Jenkins ended up with all the times he bounced on and off the waiver wire).

Folty is going to make his mistakes and I expect him to have a really good year, but man he is fun to watch. When he's on his pitches, he just mows people down.
