The left wing of the Democrat party is such an enormous ankle weight for the future prospects of that party. They need to turn them out to vote to win elections and they know that.

I suppose not, but declaring that an internationally recognized activist having a book event cancelled in 2021 by a school board is the leftist view in a nutshell feels weak to me. Especially since that didn’t happen:

As a Libertarian I dont object to government providing services for taxes but I do however object to the government taxing out the ass to provide shitty services many of which I would pay more taxes to unsubscribe from them.

Actually, I’m quite on board with not dragging the family of a person shot and killed by the federal government through years of legal battles over a settlement, even if the person shot wasn’t an innocent victim. I don’t think her death was an outrage, but let’s not cozy up the the concept of completely absolving the government of its duty to exhaust all non-lethal options when dealing with rioters.

If there’s one thing J6 definitely did, it’s expose the left as perfectly willing to be bootlickers for law enforcement the moment it is politically useful.
