He's right. Not putting any punishment to these animals is de facto legalizing their actions
My best guess is actually that the sentencing might not be wildly different but that a different group of people would be outraged.
Would rather rabble on about the ability to burn a flag, than care about their neighbors safety. He's right. Not putting any punishment to these animals is de facto legalizing their actions
That was Grok, the slightly more woke cousin of ChatGPTIt’s a good thing ChatGPT exists because that would be a lot of analysis to type up only for thethe or tap to respond with lol while deriding the experts because they have an anecdote of a white person being unfairly charged with a hate crime.
Obviously the solution isn’t to go the entire opposite direction and under-sentence people based on race, but if anybody thinks it’s actually more likely for a white person to be given an unfair sentence than a non-white person in this country, you’re just on Twitter too much.
Theres no discrepancy in sentencing if you don’t give a sentence
but the white guy will get sentencedTheres no discrepancy in sentencing if you don’t give a sentence

The white guy would never randomly go around beating up black guysbut the white guy will get sentenced
The way January 6th rioters were sentenced was a miscarriage of justice, but it’s not really representative of how we typically handle teens in the system.

It’s almost if there is an almost undetectable pattern
We’re doing anecdotes again, cool.
I did, though. My stance on this has been rather clear that we must fight against over-prosecuting people regardless of their political leanings and that it’s been frustrating to see the left cheer it on and the right to suddenly care about it because of the circumstances. And you absolutely felt that way at the time!
tell me how you feel about the same city letting a person who nearly beat a person to death no jail time, but a different kid jail time for driving on the road upsetting the tranny cultWe’re doing anecdotes again, cool.
They made the wrong decision both times, and presumably there were hate crime laws enforced on the vandalism charge that shouldn’t exist. But it is still not statistically likely that a white teen will be charged more harshly than a black one.tell me how you feel about the same city letting a person who nearly beat a person to death no jail time, but a different kid jail time for driving on the road upsetting the tranny cult
it's the same city dude
