Did y’all see the outrage some Rays players are getting after the organization stupidly put them in a position where they had to “opt-in” to wearing gay pride colors?

We are now creating purity tests. It doesn’t matter that these players have their own religious beliefs.

For what it’s worth, I am staunchly pro-gay marriage (who isn’t tbh) and I strongly support everyone to make whatever choice best aligns with their sexual orientation. The normalization of homosexuality might be the most positive development this century.

But it’s absolutely ridiculous the level of liberal McCarthyism towards anyone with religious views. Why in God’s name the Rays public relations department allowed their players to be out in this situation is beyond me?

I agree. People with dissenting views on this and other matters should not be put in this situation. It is happening a lot.
