there is overwhelming evidence he and others engaged in a criminal conspiracy to subvert the certification of the election...but that's my opinion...if a prosecutor, judge or jury were to decide otherwise, I'd accept they had a better understanding of the facts and the law...also i'm capable of understanding the distinction between preponderance of evidence and the beyond a reasonable doubt standard required to convict someone of a crime...but not everyone is capable of this...it's ok
