Today in Rand Paul

He is the only person willing to ask facui a sing difficult question.

But what specifically has he flipped flopped on

Eh, he can have Fauci. I was mainly talking about a few years back when he thought he had a chance a the White House. I saw him on several talk shows back then and he literally was a different person on every one of them. I've also heard to badmouthing any kind of program that would help regular working people or poor people, but when the top 1% and Fortune 500 companies were getting even more corporate welfare than they already were, all I heard from him was crickets. I also recall you saying a while back that "Rand ain't no Ron" or something along those lines, which I wholeheartedly agree with you on.

By the way, have you learned how to fry eggs on the sidewalk down there yet?

Haha, I love his fake oppressed stance and his made up scenario like he and his dumbass followers are patriots lol

Oh and just to be clear, Gilead's potential covid treatment was not known until around mid April. They basically repurposed an existing HIV drug to treat it. There was no public knowledge of any potential benefit of Gilead with regards to covid in February.

And the stock has been a total loser (sadly for me!).

that was 2 replies and a decent amount of words that was a whataboutism and change the subject instead of just saying he didn't follow the rules on disclosure and unethical

but was on brand for ya overall and nice to see ya rush to your boys side. it was cute

predictable

but cute

A consistent person would have the same standard for the Pelosis and the Pauls. I havent delved into either case but dont see any wrongdoing in either.

I wonder how many politicians don’t disclose their financial entanglements. I’d happily sacrifice any republican politician so that we get full disclosures on all members of Congress.

How does an idiot like Maxine waters have millions?

They should all be barred from buying individual stocks.

But they all get rich bc they make insider trading legal for themselves.

Its ****ed up.

I'm merely pointing out that this stock buy was probably not nefarious at all... they didn't disclose it for some reason which was wrong

Guess he just had the same mentality as fraud boy

If you can’t win with your ideas, might as well throw out your so called beliefs

If ya can’t beat em, join em

Always nice to see people that preach about principles throw them away lol

Your obsession on this one random stock pick that was a complete flop is funny to me, considering Nancy Pelosi is worth $200m

Weird to criticize principles when you can't even be consistently.fake outraged yourself

"Paul spokesperson Kelsey Cooper told the Washington Post, which first reported the story, that the senator filled out a form to report the investment in 2020 but said the form had not been properly transmitted, something she said Paul didn’t realize until he was completing an annual disclosure. He contacted the Senate Ethics Committee for guidance and submitted a supplemental report, which said that the investment was between $1,000 and $15,000. Under the Stock Act, members must disclose investments within 45 days, and annual disclosures must be made in May."

Like whoa.

Paul's wife makes a tiny investment in a stock BEFORE the stock became.covid relevant... they messed up the disclosure and later reported it. The stock pick has.made.them zero money

I'm

Outraged
