Probably not...they seem to want to give him every opportunity to be a starter. no reason to bring him up to waste in the bullpen.

I think he sees at least a month of AAA. I think the most likely scenario is him making his debut next year. If we see him this year I don't think it will be until September.

I think there are a number of guys who we might want to take a look at once rosters expand in September. Touki will need to be added to the 40-man this off-season so we might as well do it in September if there is any sort of plausible reason to believe he could help us this year.

There’s a pretty good chance he throws a few innings at the MLB level this year, probably out of the BP.
