For their top prospect Jake Eder, steep price.
Feel like a ripoff. lmao

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Detroit Tigers had a trade in place for left-handed starter Eduardo Rodriguez, but Rodriguez invoked his 10-team no-trade clause that included the Dodgers and the deal is now dead, sources tell ESPN.
I predict E-Rod to Dodgers and Flaherty to D-backs.
Wow. Who in **** wouldn’t want to go from the tigers to the Dodgers?

Maybe he knows a preferable team is involved
Just curious, but do you really think the Braves have the prospect capital?
I never begrudge a player exercising the contractual rights he's negotiated and earned through his on-field performance, but not wanting to go from the Tigers to the Dodgers is sure something. Maybe there's some personal, off-field stuff with his family that makes him want to stay put, like when BJ Surhoff was so devastated to be traded from a terrible Orioles team to the Braves.
Less than an hour
Me thinks he's staying put. Must want to stay with the Tigers if he turned down a deal with the Dodgers and a chance of going to the playoffs.
If another team ponies up he might not have a choice in the matter.
