Unlike some around here, I have tried not to make sweeping claims about this. These things are matters for the state courts. Now is the time to litigate them for upcoming elections. Not after the candidates have an opportunity to decide whether they like the outcome or not.

You are likely right. People like Cheney, Kinzinger and Romney won't be in the GOP a couple years from now.
