TRHLIM

I think you should be mode annoyed a supposed judge blocking US law due to her activism than a political account on Twitter being mad about it
I don’t know enough about the relevant case law or the full content of the ruling to know just how annoyed I should be with the judge, but I do know that it’s very annoying to suggest that *50* Senators voting for a bill makes it tyranny for a judge to rule against portions of that bill. They’ve said the same things about rulings that were eventually upheld by a conservative SCOTUS.

Nevertheless, I would support impeachment for judges who make indefensible rulings, but I would not support End Wokeness having any consequences to his stupid tweets. So while my annoyance might be here, I’m not suggesting it’s worse.

Im looking for confressionally approved laws that were struck down by a lower court judge

Im not saying they dont exist. Im looking for the example.

I can't think of anything more egregious than saying a private businesses must be funded
There’s multiple examples in the table I provided, no? SCOTUS didn’t just tell the lower courts to take a vacation before ruling on any of those laws?

I’m not going to go the tired route of saying there are *no* efforts that exist to try to influence the weather in any way, but they don’t do the things these people are claiming they do, and it actually seems like a good thing to try to figure out? Like if we could somehow lessen the severity of droughts one day, isn’t that a thing worth studying?
