If he was 20 years younger I would be very worried, but people like Kirk are who worried me. Hitler came to power in 1933 and didnt invade anyone until almost 1940. He billed himself as anti-war and a man of peace. We have to build our military so we can have peace through strength. Sound familiar? In hindsight we look back and see the warning signs and shit on Neville Chamberlin as if they would have known better at the time. They look at that without the context of living through the first world war. If someone shoots Hitler in January 1939 he is remembered as a man of peace and a great leader of Germany. I dont think Trump does it intentionally but the social conditioning for shit like this to go down is taking place. They do not need a majority of the population. All they need is about 40% who and 5 supreme court justices in their pocket. Either side could really turn the county into a dictatorship with only 40% of voters and 5 Justices who support no matter what they want. Thats what Trumps been trying to cultivate. He is just too old to see it through. Say what you will about the justices he nominated but I would not consider them corrupt to that extent of purposely ending Democracy. Clarence Thomas is off the deep end. If Trump or Kirk got a supreme court of 5 Justices like Thomas we very well may be screwed. People like Kirk talked about what they wanted but very little about how they planned to achieve that. What exactly does saying you want America to be a Christian nation mean? Kirk was a big endorser of the Seven Mountains strategy/mandate which called for Christians to dominate 7 spheres of influence in order to turn the Country into a Chrisitan Theocracy. Those being Family, media, government, business, entertainment, arts, religion, and education. Now where would I as an atheist fit in this Christian nation? When they say dominate that doesnt mean just spreading their word of God and trying to convert people. They mean using the force of the state to punish non-believers into converting. They cant dominate those areas without using oppression. Somehow MAGA people understand it when its the Muslims doing it. They recognize they come here to try to change us to fit their religion and that that is evil. But since they think Christians are the good guys they think them doing the same thing is okay. It is not. So once again, thank God Charlie Kirk is dead. I wish there was a hell for him to go to.
