Prisons aren't filled with people who litter. When people talk about crime they're not talking about speeding, littering, etc. They're talking about robbery, murder, etc.
 
The left is 100% pro crime and they will make any excuse possible to qualify those that commit crimes. It’s the absolute destruction of society.
