Went after Schiff and Swalwell, their aides, and even requested the records of an underage child family member. Today you people cry a river over subpoenaing Congress members and your side was subpoenaing phone records of members of Congress long before J6.

Schiff was constantly leaking and validating information that we now know he always knew was at least likely false.

Swalwell was (and still is!) on the Intel committee despite banging a Chinese spy during a months long affair.

Despite the media and big tech collusion with the Biden campaign when the laptop was discovered, we now know that the Biden family mafia was getting money from shady Ukrainian businesses in exchange for access to Joe.


Seems to me like those were all good calls on Trump's part.

There's plenty of evidence the law was broken, just like with Hunter Biden, unfortunately both require the state to prove intent to break the law. And this is hardly the only investigation of the Trump crime family.



I would still be surprised if he isnt indicted for the attempted coup and for soliciting voter fraud in Georgia.

No, there was no law broken. Are you trying to tell me those banks that supposedly got taken didn't have their own evaluators? Sorry, but your only real chance against Trump is with the Jan 6 commission.
 
Ok, well thank you for your legal opinion. I will wait for the results of the civil investigation and the Weiselberg trial. All Inknow right now is Trumps own lawyer accused him of this stuff which is pretty damning.

I've had lawyers who are not even Trump supporters tell me what Trump did wasn't illegal. Maybe Trump is a crook and probably was one when the Five Families ran New York out of necessity but the **** that you guys keep coming up with is some weak ****. Here's a hint- the Georgia threatening stuff won't hold either. The J6 commission is your best bet.
 
What is it they told you he did? What was their opinion on his liability in the civil investigation? Also the J6 commission doesn't being charges, they can only recommend charges. If you want to make the case that Trump is innocent because he isnt charged/convicted then at least have that same standard for Hunter, Hillary, and whoever else.

They didn't feel what he did was illegal. You are not obligated to evaluate your property value at what the tax accessors say it is. It's a free enterprise system and if you can squeeze more out of the bank then so be it. The civil case wasn't discussed.
 
The issue isnt that he simply misvalued his properties, it's that he valued his properties higher on loan applications and lower on his taxes.
 
Ask yourself on how he's devaluing his property for tax purposes. The county/city in most places does the tax evaluation

All the while they avert their gazes to clear widespread election fraud from 2020 and straight corruption of the Biden’s.
 
I dont know but I bet little thethe will claim it was done at whatever specific time it is done to distract from whatever hoax he is pushing that week. At this point I don't think he will be indicted for this specific case unless the time limit for it runs out before the next DA election because Alvin Bragg will not be winning re-election after killing this case. They clearly have enough evidence to indict.



I still think Trum will be indicted by the DoJ after the bipartisan J6 committee finishes.
