One interesting irony - the MAGA folks, including the fake Christian Evangelicals who sprinted to team Trump once they heard the appropriate racist/tribalist dog whistles, didn't care one whit that he may have boinked a porn star. Nor did they care about the Access Hollywood recording.

If he were indicted over it, politically it was all an unforced error.

Moscow Mitch had more to do with that than Trump. And in effect all it did was criminalize abortion for the very lazy people in red states.
 
NY state law requires defendants in a grand jury be allowed to testify in their defense to the grand jury. Bragg invited the disgraced former second highest vote receiver of 2016 to testify at the grand jury recently. Trump could be facing 4 separate indictments while running for President. I am already disgusted by the special treatment he will get by the courts and he hasn't even been indicted yet.

Christians don't care about abortion. Why would they? It's got NOTHING to do with religion. Abortion is only a wedge issue that has been inflamed by the right wing media machine. It's a loser for them and they are starting to realize it. But slowly, these people are not very smart. They believe in the immaculate conception.
 
Melania and Baron should move to a safer, more stress-free space, if they haven't already. Things are going to get even darker around Individual 1.

Individual One to get an "anonymous jury" for the E. Jean Carroll RAPE trial??? Yikes! Someone may be throwing a hissy fit soon.
 
The Anonymous Jury option is only used for the most corrupt and bad-faith actors. People who are so guilty that they aren't afraid to intimidate jurors.

What's a little witness tampering when you are already being accused of a laundry list of serious crimes? Rape, Obstruction of Justice, Mishandling Secret Documents, Election Fraud, etc. Stay tuned. The list is only going to keep growing longer, like Pinocchio's nose.
 
Anonymous jury is to Trumps benefit really. You know he would encourage his lemmings to harass jurors who voted to convict him which could lead to yet another defemation case. Plus Trump can and will try to say that the anonymous jury is so they can have all antifa jurors. Which his lemmings will buy with no independent thought whatsoever in their minds.
