Trump Indictment Watch

You're not really worth responding to but if you actually did some research on your own and quit being your typical MSM bot you would know that I'm correct. The FBI didn't do research to see if the dossier was up to speed.

Wait. I thought the FBI knew the dossier was not accurate but proceeded anyways. Now you are telling me they didn't know? I can't keep the stories straight. Help me out.

I personally was more impressed that under oath it was admitted the FBI didn't check to see if the dossier was authentic even though they were using it for the collusion investigation. Durham did that.

If it was the only reason for an investigation you might acne had a point. They didn't even have the dossier when the investigation started and it didn't even start as an investigation of Trump.

Yes, but they still used it to get more warrants.

From what I see it was used only for the Carter Paige surveillance warrant. Big whoop. A crack head gets arrested and says he bought crack from your home is enough for police to get a no knock search warrant on your home in the middle of the night. Like it or not but the court heavily favor the government on issues like this.

Looking like Tuesday the 21st is the day Trump surrenders to law enforcement. Quite a historic day no matter what the rapid response teams want to believe. Trump calling for protests. Curious to see what his lemmings do after the J6 terrorists were prosecuted.

Yeah. no big deal. https://www.etxview.com/how-the-fbi...cle_ba8b5449-329a-5cea-9d00-982aa7f5c030.html

"In some cases, the FBI mixed partial information from one dossier report with partial information from another report to draw broader conclusions. It then used these as a foundation to claim evidence of a grand election “conspiracy” between the Trump campaign and Russia, with Page acting as an “intermediary.”"

This is just an extension of how you make excuses for the FBI and their behavior. "Oh, one of their lawyers falsified records records". No big deal. "Oh, they're interfering in our elections" No big deal.

Seriously, did you ever thought you'd become an FBI cuck?

I'll be having a good laugh at the idiots who actually buy into the nonsense.

Who promised collusion with Putin? And from my understanding falsifying a buisness record is a misdemeanor which is basically and open and shut case on that part. If its done to conceal another crime then its a felony. And thats where the 130k paid by Cohen to Daniels comes in being an illegal campaign donation. That part is not 100%. One could argue its a federal campaign finance violation and not a state violation. I would give it a 75% chance of conviction on that part.

Yes from the beginning of the trump indictment speculation era this is what we were promised.

Have you noticed that the people on your side havent advocated for making anything they claim the FBI did wrong illegal or in Clinesmiths case enhance the penalties? Even Democrats will work with them on that. I am just begging your side to do something about it. But yeah, its me thats the problem, not the people on your side who dont give two ****s about the issue other than using it as propaganda for saps like you.

Most think it's not. Even the NY Times thinks this is bogus.

You just talk out of your ass with zero knowledge of anything. Clinesmith was a felony offense that can carry a prison sentence. If you're a lib in the modern era it's quite difficult to be punished while in DC.

Paul Sperry would like attribution when you quote him.

Theres a thing called mandatory sentence. Clinemiths sentence was light because the harm done was extremely minimal. The difference between Clinesmiths crime and not doing his crime was like 60 days less surveillance of Page. You can cry about it all you want but it isnt considered significant by the court.

Did you read the article? They were trying to go after Carter Page to prove the Russian connection. It was hardly minimal. Keep making excuses.

If it was minimal like you said it was Clinesmith wouldn't have bothered doing it, would he?

I just want to say I fully support the rights of the former president's supporters to peacefully assemble and exercise their constitutional right to express their views on this and any other matter.

Furthermore, if a minority of troublemakers break some windows I don't think the law-abiding majority within this group should have their cause dismissed and discredited because of the actions of those troublemakers.
