Trump Indictment Watch

There is absolutely no defense for what this indictment shows. Its beyond even my wildest dreams of what I expected. In a rating of 1-10 of how cooked Trump is legally I give it a 37. My only question now is will he be dragged from the court after sentencing. Trumps lawyers either will or should be getting on their hands and knees begging for a sweatheart plea deal, but we all know Trump will never accept it. He will hire whatever lawyer tells him what he wants to hear and not the one that will actually represent his interests the best.


Curious that there are only charges for Trump and Nauta. I expect everyone else accepted immunity in exchange for cooperating by telling the truth except Nauta who decided to go down with the ship.

There is a reference to others "known and unknown" to the grand jury. Might just be legal boilerplate.

Come on, that bathroom is clearly a SCIF so Trump could read classified documents while he took ****s. Its funny all these supposed DeSantis supporters arent happy theres actually a legitimate chance Trump wont be the nominee and their boy actually has a chance. Too bad Trump neutered him to his base before all this dropped though.

I was talking about the clowns here, I know most Republican politicians hate Trump and mock him behind his back. I still think Trump is the front runner but there is definitely blood in the water. I think Christie is a better bet than DeSantis to take advantage here.
 
They have been trained to bow at the altar of Trump or else they lose their conservative street cred. Even if they claim to be DeSantis supporters they will support Trump no matter what. Little thethe just bounces from one thing to the next. First it was Obama, now its Trump, tomorrow it will be the next shiny object to catch his eye.

Just remember as you read the indictment, there's not a single witness involved that's a Democrat. They're all Trump's handpicked people. His lawyers. His employees. Their communications. Photos. Everything. It's not a witch hunt.

I’m all for letting the process play out and not jumping to conclusions, but does anybody who has read this indictment have a defense for the allegations if they are true? Trying to find the line here.
 
Paragraph 4: At 12:00 p.m. on January 20, 2021, TRUMP ceased to be president.

Bolding and ALL CAPS taken from the charging document. I feel this is the weak point in Smith's case. A good lawyer (Sidney Powell? Giuliani? Lin Wood?) should be able to take this apart.
