Yeah, thats the real crime here, forget RICO charges and trying to disenfranchise the voters of Georgia, a clerk lied to cover up for someone uploading a document too soon. No doubt all charges will now be dropped and the clerk will be arrested...... lol

lol. How did they post the results when the grand jury hadn't voted yet?

Sorry, bud this is all going to be a disappointment for you in the end.

I mentioned this three years ago… (wow we’re still talking about this). Have a friend that was a software engineer, he actually was a technician in charge of one of the precincts in Atlanta (didn’t work for Dominion). He voted Trump in 2016 and again in 2020. He told me there was absolutely nothing shady about the machines or software, that he personally ran tests and checked out everything for weeks (he worked Election Day and early voting long before that) and that Trump just needed to stop crying, and take the L.

yet here we still are.

of course my friend’s anecdote is only an anecdote.

Have another friend that was the lawyer that accepted on behalf of the Trump team to go to a judge in Chatham County (Savannah) when Trump’s team was like 0-50 in challenging lawsuits following the election.

says he knew it was all a load of **** (he’s also a Republican), knew the judge would deny and dismiss in a matter of seconds because everyone in the local GOP here knew Trump didn’t have a leg to stand on, but his firm got paid (thanks to the millions of regular folks Trump swindled to donate). He’s retired now.

What time did the jury vote? Do you think they wait for the grand jury vote to type the things up? If they had rejected any of the charges they may have had to edit it but this has already been through a fact finding grand jury. The grand jury isnt voting that Trump is guilty of these crimes only that theres sufficent evidence to bring the charges which is not a high bar to reach. They probably voted yes on all charges. But its funny when you people get upset because you dont understand how things work.

41 counts in total. Also indicted are.......

DONALD JOHN TRUMP,
RUDOLPH WILLIAM LOUIS GIULIANI,
JOHN CHARLES EASTMAN,
MARK RANDALL MEADOWS,
KENNETH JOHN CI-IESEBRO,
JEFFREY BOSSERT CLARK,
JENNA LYNN ELLIS,
RAY STALLINGS SMITH III,
ROBERT DAVID CHEELEY,
MICHAEL A. ROMAN,
DAVID JAMES SHAFER,
SHAWN MICAH TRESI-IER STILL,
STEPHEN CLIFFGARD LEE,
HARRISON WILLIAM PRESCOTT FLOYD,
TREVIAN C. KUTTI,
SIDNEY KATHERINE POWELL,
CATHLEEN ALSTON LATHAM,
SCOTT GRAHAM HALL,
and MISTY HAMPTON

Not a short list indeed.

Because that didn't happen. Trump's people were invited by the person who ran the election in Coffee. They got permission to get into the machines.

That election official doesnt have the power to give random people access to the voting machines. Thats why that person is indicted as a co-conspirator.

They aren't random people but a forensics team. It's going to be hard pressed to go after them when the election official gave them permission to do it.

And they were not authorized to access the inner workings of the voting machines. The voting machines are not the country election supervisors property to do with as she wishes. Did you miss the part where the election official is charged with the crime?

Then it's the election official's fault and not the team's fault then.

Several of the counts are "solicitation of a public official to violate their oath of office" for asking members of the Georgia Congress to reconvene and appoint Trump electors despite Trump having lost the state.
