1. You keep saying the state decides to throw Trump off the ballot. So I am clarifying that the case was neither brought by a state or a Democrat.


2. There is no requirement for a conviction.


3. Yes you can attempt to do the same thing, just don't cry to me when it doesn't work.


4. This is why we have multiple levels in the court. In order for this to apply it will have to be confirmed by the Supreme Court which has a conservative majority and Trump personally appointed 1/3rd of the court. And we all know Clarence Thomas will vote for anything Trump wants so he already has 1 vote in his favor. No one in any court will get a hearing more favorable to them than Trump does in the Supreme Court so all your crying is ridiculous.

Its a correct ruling although it will be overturned because Republicans have a majority in the Supreme Court. Its not mine or Democrats fault that Trump tried to steal the election in 2020. These are the consequences he should face for it. Thats what the constitution says. If Republicans cared half as much about Trump trying to overthrow the government as they did about him being thrown off the ballot in a state he has never and will never win this wouldnt be an issue in the first place. They dont give two ****s about Democracy. They would gladly take a win in which they got less votes than the Democrat opponent. They would gladly take a win where they lost and a Republican Supreme Court overturned the results. They would have been more than happy if Trump was successful in stealing the election in 2020. They dont care about fair elections they just want to win.

The media screens INSURRECTION for 2 years and thus, it's an insurrection?

I'm still having trouble understanding how a court can simply say "he started an insurrection" without him ever even being charged as doing so, and certainly never convicted of such.

why can't they say he's a child molestor? Apparently you do not need the burden of a conviction to get your political opponents kicked off the ballot.

And yes I wish Republicans would fight back... the problem is they aren't communists so would never find a court who would behave this way. The left having no morals or standards is an enormous political advantage for them
 
The court didnt "just say" he started an insurrection. The plaintiff submitted evidence and the defense had a chance to argue against it. The judges ruled based on the 3 criteria, that Trump was participate in an insurrection, the office of President is an office of the United States, and that Trump took an oath to support the constitution.


Dont pretend like Republicans just take the high road. These are mostly the same people who were just fine with Trump stealing the election in 2020 after he lost. Anyone who supported that has no leg to stand on.

I didnt do ****. I am just an observer discussing what has happened. Trump lost Colorado by double digits in 2020. Its not even a state in play for him and its going to be overturned by the Republican Supreme Court anyways. But dont let that stop your crying session.
