They don't - They know that thousands of real estate developers could be charged with the same 'crimes' that Trump is being charged with.

They just don't care. Whatever it takes to make the bad orange man go away is worth it in their eyes.

I think its fair that he would in a situation where he wins an appeal. I would support a change to the law requiring interest to be paid in that situation. I also think the government should pay your bond if you are found not guilty. It would give the state an interest in setting reasonable bond amounts and not to charge people they cant convict.

I dont see it being overturned based on the facts of the case. Maybe theres some technicality like statute of limitations or something that could negate the verdict but not based on Trump being innocent of the charge. The clowns here can throw feces all they want but this is about as open and shut case as it gets.

Next Trump trial starts in a little more than a month. This time an actual criminal trial. Documents case still slated for late May I believe but that might still get delayed. Good times.

Better scrub all your social media and pray no disgruntled employee makes a false accusation against you on your politics. An insane ruling that will change future business decisions for the worse for NY. And if they don’t charge anyone else then they’ve shown the world it wasn’t about the law being equally applied but a flat out witch hunt (which anyone with a functioning brain knows anyway).

It would be a massive disappointment if he doesn’t. Even worse I’ll have to tell sturg he was right.

But in reality if trump fires all of the people from the administrative state that we hear and deports millions of illegals I’ll consider his second term a resounding success.
