So much winning. Let's review. Lost 2020 election in a landslide. Best mid term elections for a sitting Dem President in 40 years. Kari Lale losing in Arizona. Failing to keep RINOS Kemp and Raffensberger from getting re-elected. Trumps CFO in Rikers Island. Trumps company convicted of multiple crimes for fraud. If this is your definition of winning I hope you never stop winning.

Then why is your side scared to death of an indictment and trial? Oh yeah, you think the legal system is biased against you and only you. This after 50 years of telling black people the bias in criminal justice is a figment of their imagination. All I see from MAGA is how an indictment guarantees he wins in 2024 but yet are still so upset about it.

I like how the "right" is cometely willing to ignore ore context so long as it fits your narrative. I could come here and post all the good things Trump has said about Cohen without the context of that being before Cohen flipped to be a witness against him. Which is what some of you did here, but slowpoke Garmel would accuse me of being a hypocrite since he isn't smart enough to know when I am mocking people. Cohen, whose job it was to cover for Trump, lied to cover for Trump to the FEC. Every lie and crime he was convicted of were related to covering for Trump. Now you want to leave that context out and use his crimes and lies committed for Trump as an excuse to discredit him. Imagine if the IT guy who deleted Hillarys comes out and says Hillary told him to do it. Would it matter to you that he denied it under 100 times already? No, it wouldn't, and I wouldn't even bring up such a stupid point in defense.
Trump grifted a few mill from his supporters on the "threat of indictment".
Any documentation to prove this? The justice system doesn't care about opinion. Btw, Trump isn't going to go to prison just because you don't like him. Isn't that what you tell me all the time? lol
However, what we saw was a corrupt DA who didn't give this exculpatory evidence to the jurors. All just so he could get his precious indictment. If NY wasn't a blue state he would be brought up on charges.
Even without the exculpatory evidence the DA had no business trying to get a felony indictment here and deep down you know it. You deserved the pie in the face for cheering this **** on.

Documentation for what? No one including Trump denies Cohen worked for him. His crimes were lying to Congress about plans for a Trump tower in Moscow and campaign finance violations for the payment to Stormy Daniels. You want to claim ant other reason for doing that other than to protect Trump?
Let's compare this to what are you said about Hillary. You think she should be indicted and convicted for a crime her employee admitted to doing. In this case you have Trumps own lawyer confessing to committing crimes for the benefit of and at the direction of Trump.
The DA isn't required to give the grand jury exculpatory evidence. That's why 99% of them result in indictment. I have already said I doubt Trump would get prison for these charges even if convicted so where you get that I want him to go to prison on charges I don't like him.

Am I supposed to be embarrassed about something? I wasn't even expecting this indictment to even happen until a few weeks ago. I don't even expect prison time idnhe I'd convicted on these charges. You people just randomly celebrate sbit like you won something. I still expect charges from this case and atleast two more from Georgia and DC.
I got a bone for holding any of these high level government officials accountable to the law. Hillary, Biden, Trump, **** em all. But people only cry when I say it about Trump.

This above is why he didn't tell Trump about it.
The difference between the Hillary and Trump case is that Trump didn't know about the operation Cohen was doing this alone according to his own testimony. Hillary was aware of the subpoena. Another false equivalency from you.
By law, the DA has to inform the defendant and the courts of any exculpatory evidence. You're an idiot that needs to quit talking about **** he doesn't know about.

Why should they be embarrassed? Would you not want charges brought against Hillary if her own lawyer confessed to committing crimes at her direction? In a court of law that's considered the strongest evidence outside of a video tape recording of Trump admitting to the crimes. I have seen people charged with a crime for bleeding on cops uniforms from them bearing the **** out of the person.
