Trump Indictment Watch

Which Democrat ignored a subpoena to return documents? Who had their lawyers sign an affidavit saying they didnt have the subpoenaed documents that the FBI found in his possession?

Quick question, did you actually read the Mueller report? Don Jr went to a meeting with a Russian lawyer at Trump Tower believing they were going to give him dirt on Hillary Clinton. The only reason charges werent brought is because they couldnt prove Don Jr knew that it was illegal. Trump asked Russia to take an action that he believed would help his campaign on live TV. Trumps campaign manager shared polling data with a Russian agent for months and lied about it to the FBI. If you want to claim theres nothing wrong with that why lie about not only the meeting but sharing the polling data? He just forgot the meetings happened? Really? Heres a quote from Trump when asked if would accept dirt on an opponent from a foreign country.... “If somebody called from a country — Norway — we have information on your opponent. Oh. I think I’d want to hear it.”

And this is the guy you want me to believe was victimized by being investigated for Colluding with Russia. He should be thankful that he successfully managed to bull**** his way through this scandal and not pretending to be the victim.

But lets focus on good news for the Teflon Don. His CFO is out of Rikers Island. Must be award around the office considering the Trump Org's whole defense was that Weaselberg did all the fraud by himself and with no one else's knowledge. Seems like the kind of thing that would get most employees fired. Anyone want to speculate why a guy who the Trump Org claims got the company convicted of multiple felonies still employees Weaselberg with a salary around a million a year?

According to the legal precedent set in Judicial Watch vs. NARA Trump does not answer to NARA. Once again if Trump was a democrat all of this would be fine. All we have is the FBI's word on most of this so it doesn't mean squat.

Regardless of what is said to be illegal politicians interact with foreign powers all the time. If what Don Jr. did was illegal then Hillary should be in prison for her work on the Russian dossier. OMG, Trump asked Russia to return what is ours! The humanity! Like I said the FBI's word on this is something terrible. The so-called Russian agent was considered a soft contact for us during Obama's time and with little evidence became a Russian agent. Yeah, the polling. Manafort sold them mostly public info and what little so-called secrets were available to the public a few weeks later. The FBI knew the dossier was opposition research from the beginning but still used it to get warrants. They lied to the FISA court and we caught two of their agents bragging how they were going to stop Trump. Keep believing the horse****, bud.

Judicial Watch vs NARA has nothing to do with classified documents. Trump doesnt answer to NARA but he will answer to a Judge why he didnt comply with his subpoena. Surely one of his lawyers will fall on that sword like the Hillarys IT guy..... I am never going to respond to your retarded "If Trump was a Democrat BS". You are welcome to keep saying it but its not even an argument that needs rebutting.

Politicians interact with foreign powers all the time. Sure. Thats why they disclosed those meetings when asked if they met with any Russians.... If you think Hillary broke the law regarding the dossier thats fine but your anger is misplaced. I dont know why you expect Democrats to prosecute Democrats. If a Dem prosecutor did prosecute Hillary and she was found innocent would you have even accepted that? Of course not you would have claimed they threw the case to protect her. You should be mad at Trump, Barr, and Durham for not prosecuting her since you claim there is a case to make. You once again prove that even if Russian collusion was proven your party would have just pivoted to "so what if he did". All Russian diplomats are spies. Kilminik is a former KGB agent. Manafort could meet with him and there be no issue. Its just hard to believe considering Manafort lied about the meetings happening and then lied about sharing the polling data.

I also want to point out that Trump told 2 Russian diplomats in the White House that the pressure was off of him regarding the Russia investigation because he fired Comey. The point isnt that that confirms collusion, the point is that only the loonies of toons would do that while under investigation for colluding with Russia.

lol. Wut? It has everything to do with classified documents. Read the case. What I'm saying is true about Trump being in the wrong party and that's why he's being harassed. Too bad you don't have the brain cells to figure it out.

You sound like a person trying to convince yourself, not me. When I am proven right yet again you can rationalize it however you want I dont care. Everyones in a conspiracy against Trump. Its not that he is corrupt and a crook. It cant be that. Must be heavy carrying all that water.

What's going to prove you right? Another bull**** indictment despite there being legal precedent that shows Trump and his lawyers that they're correct? You think Trump resisted NARA just for the hell of it? No, because there is law on his side. You can call it a conspiracy but the facts are clear that they are trying their damnedest to convict Trump. They'll even break the law with leaks just to try to affect public opinion. What does that tell you?

Just like the "Trump overthrowing the government" bull**** you believe. There is legal precedent to challenge elections in this country.

Man, quit sucking that government cock. You always love to call yourself a libertarian but you act like your typical leftist statist.

Ultimately all this will be adjudicated. Up to the Supreme Court. I think the facts of the cases against very poorly chosen one are sufficiently unique that precedent might be of little use.

The convictions are going to prove me right because Trump is caught red handed on several of them. Unlike you I will accept the verdicts no matter the outcome because I am an intellectually honest person unlike you. You will be here high stepping any not guilty verdict as an honest verdict but will refuse to accept any guilty verdict. That's not being honest. As others have pointed out he will vet multiple chances to prove win in court including the Supreme Court which he appointed a third of the members and has a conservative majority.

If Trump thinks the law was on his side he had every opportunity to hash this out in the courts but instead pbsrructed the subpoena and lied in an affidavit that he didn't have the documents. Why do that? Why lie about having the documents he claims he had every right to? He could have filed a lawsuit and asked for an injunction as a response to the subpoena. Then this could have been adjudicated in civil court. Your argument is like a man robbing a bank for 200$ then saying it's fine because he had 400$ in am account with the bank and it was his money he was robbing them of.

If you think what Trump did was fine then you think of Trump wins in 2024 by 1 blue state and that states legislature decides to give their electoral votes to Biden because they day Trump colluded with Russia youbthinkbthat would be just fine and not an overthrow of the legitimate government? You and I both know that Republicans would go ape**** on a level not seen since the 1800s. Changing the outcome of an election post election based on lies is a declaration of war no matter which side is doing it.

And you might want to get that orange duck out your mouth before you insult others.

Actually I'm a DeSantis supporter so I have nothing orange in my mouth. I'd even speak out against someone I don't care for like McConnell if this nonsense was being done to him. The problem with your theory that Trump lied is that the FBI couldn't find them either on the first go around. There were only 100 left and they were difficult to find. We only have the FBI's word on this too. Besides, the government did not have the right to do what they did. Regardless what you think Trump does have rights here. Even the FBI who isn't Trump's friend thought this raid was the wrong thing to do. It's amazing how NARA and DOJ acted different toward all of this when Clinton was in office instead of Trump. The problem is that you've accepted the left's lawfare as normal. Every single case against Trump is weak as hell.

Tim Parlatore, who quit as Trump's attorney this week, told CNN that he'd had enough of the infighting and opposing strategies within the legal team defending their client in the Mar-a-Lago classified materials case.

The reason Parlatore left, he said, is "because there are certain individuals that made defending the president much harder than it needed to be."

He then singled out one particular legal advisor, who he suggested had obstructed the search for sensitive materials at Trump properties in Florida.

"In particular, there is one individual who works for him, Boris Epshteyn, who had really done everything he could to try to block us – to prevent us from doing what we could to defend the president," Parlatore told CNN.

He also claimed that Epshteyn stopped the legal team from properly cooperating with special counsel Jack Smith, who is leading the investigation, and his boss, Attorney General Merrick Garland.

it was beyond stupid not to have returned the documents, let alone instruct lawyers and others to obstruct the efforts to find and return them...but that's where we are

Eh. I don't see any inconsistencies in what he told CNN and what you quote him as telling Politico.

Didnt Trump hire a good and reputable attorney at the beginning of all the document stuff who recommended he return all the documents and comply with the investigation? Then he was either fired or quit when that advice wasnt taken? There would be no criminal investigation if he had listened to that lawyer. But the dumbass that Trump is has other dumbass lawyers telling him insane legal theories like he can just declassify documents by thinking about them and he always believes anything that someone tells him that he considers beneficial to him.

And I am a Ron Paul supporter who if I could vote for anyone to be President right now considering Paul is too old would be Justin Amash. Yet you and the stooges insist on trying to paint me as a leftist because your fragile minds need to try to delegitimize other peoples opinions who dont agree with you because you cant comprehend that someone actually has a real and legitimate reason not to accept your world view. You out yourself as not even believing what you spew because you know he does not have a leg to stand on in a court of law. The only chances he has in these cases is to stop them from being brought. The cherry on top is that you people are really just admitting that what Trump tried to do with Biden and Ukraine was corrupt as hell. It is unfathomable that you would defend Trump for trying to leverage a country that desperately needed our support against Russia to publicly announce an investigation into Biden during the 2020 campaign so he could use it as a campaign issue to smear Biden and influence the vote and then claim prosecuting Trump for crimes he was caught red handed committing is corrupt. And to top this off you need to believe that even people who are among the most extremely biased in favor of Republicans like Bill Barr are in a conspiracy against Trump. That would be about as absurd as if 57 claimed Nancey Pelosi was in a conspiracy to take down Biden.

E Jean Caroll had teo defamation lawsuits against Trump because Bill Barr tried to claim defaming Caroll was part of Trump doing his job as President which is ridiculous but nevertheless resulted in significant delays because Caroll has to win at umpteen levels of courts. So he filed a separate suit for defaming statements from when he wasn't Presient which she just won. She just added Trumps CNN townhall statements to the ongoing lawsuit and upped the damages claim. Trumps going to be getting sued and paying her every year he has left in his miserable life. Lolololol. Meanwhile Trump keeps filing frivolous defamation lawsuit that he keeps losing. He might have the right to remain silent, but he doesn't have the ability.

they think their example is a great one and ignore all facts like this

there's no real reason to converse with the radicals that are left on this board

but I admire your willingness to try

I agree, I do have a bad case of "someones wrong on the internet" but I am highly amused at their attempts to gaslight me and the knots they twist themselves into. They knowingly or unknowingly regurgitate the same bad arguments they hear from people like Trump. What they do can be summed up in removing all context they dont like and then trying to argue against that. Like with this defamation case. Fact is Joe Biden and prominent politicians have no control over whether Carroll sues Trump so they just ignore that. Fact is he was found guilty of sexual battery against her but not rape which is legally defined by penetration with the genitals. Fact is that by not convicting him on the rape charge shows the jury was not foaming at the mouth Trump haters that would vote guilty on anything. So they ignore all that context and say things like "This is just a witch hunt against Trump and even when the Democrat jury says he wasnt lying when he said he didnt rape her he still has to pay her 5 million, so biased".

which is the crime?

1. removing the classified documents and taking them to your private residence

or

2. Not returning them when asked for them

I was unaware that I could rob a bank as long as I promise to return the cash if I get caught
