Trump Indictment Watch

Isn't Garmel predicting very poorly chosen one is convicted of everything cuz the system is rigged and unfair?

Not the system itself but corrupt democrats using lawfare against their opponents.

Thanks for actually being able to understand my point unlike that clown.

one man's lawfare another man's law and order

i trust our legal system on such matters...very poorly chosen one will ultimately have recourse to the supreme court...which has 6 conservative justices appointed by Republican presidents

He would be the first person to tell you he was right if he isnt convicted. He just says Trump will be convicted as a coping mechanism. Every jury all over the country is out to get him, you see, thats why the NY jury voted not guilty on the specific charge of rape. All the issues he raises can be appealed up to the Supreme Court, and you know he will, so if he is prepared to tell us now that he knows his arguments will lose even at the Supreme Court with a conservative majority and 3 judges Trump personally appointed then I am here for it. When its an 8-1 verdict against Trump it will clearly be because everyone but Clarence Thomas is biased against him.

If you think the Supreme Court would go 8-1 with the legal precedent I've shown you then you're more ridiculous than I thought. I highly doubt they'll ignore it like you, the media, and the FBI are doing.

You will get an explanation long before then. Maybe you should aks why Trump never filed an injunction lawsuit raising the issue when sent a subpoena and instead lied about the documents he had.

Maybe you should ask why the FBI/DOJ/NARA is ignoring established law that they know about?

The FBI also used the dossier which they knew was unverified, flawed opposition research but used it anyway to get warrants so following the law really isn't their thing.

Lol, cops can get a warrant to use an explosive device to bust down your door based on the word of a crackhead. Nothing really left to argue with this documents stuff. Just going to wait to be proven right yet again. Must be embarrassing to keep losing to a drug addict.

A drug addict who isn't smart enough to figure out that he's going along with the corruption of justice that he's supposedly against. Also, a drug addict who still can't figure out the arguments I'm making. Nsacpi can figure it out but you seem incapable of it.

A drug addict who brags about being correct all the time also went on and on about Trump's taxes and Michael Avenatti. You're only correct with the court cases because you're stupidly going along with the corruption. Watch what DeSantis and his AG will do if they get in.

The FBI used opposition research they knew that was false to go after Trump. The fact that they used it to get the warrants they needed to keep the lie going wipes out your narrative. You still can't see corruption even when's it's knocking you upside the head. Sorry but when you brag about how right you are you just show everyone that you're an uninformed dullard.

1. Just because I laugh at your point doesnt mean I dont get it. Its going to be laughed out of court as well.

2. Trumps taxes showed he is one of the worst businessmen in America. If not for the Apprentice he would have gone broke. Again. He didnt even pay taxes most years because he lost so much money.

3. I said I liked Avenatti because he advocated for getting down and dirty with Trump instead of taking the high road like most politicans do. Thats the attitude I wanted. Trumps the easiest target in the world but for some reason few if anyone ants to give Trump a taste of his own medicine. But you people keep trying to make it out like I was ride or die for Avenatti. When you have to reach that much it shows you dont have much to work with.

4. I think corruption has been a net benefit to Trump. He likely would never have been President if not for the FBI corruption against Hillary so spare me the pity party. He is a perpetual victim and you buy it every time. Beyond that he literally encourages corruption and specifically advocates for anyone he doesnt like to be investigated for imaginary crimes. Remember the Central Park 5? When they were exonerated he advocated executing them anyways. Remember Joe Scarborough? Someone died in his office while he wasnt there but because he isnt a Trump sycophant Trump often says he should be investigated for it. You show me a critic Trump hasnt said should be investigated or locked up for some crime. Please, show me. I am sure there has to be atleast a few but that list would be dwarfed by all the fake accusations he has put out.

5. You really dont know who I am if you think I give two ****s about DeSantis or his AG going after Democrats. If I knew for certain Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton would go to prison if DeSantis won I would vote for him.

6. I dont care about your biased interpretation of Russia investigation. Everyone from the IG to the extremely biased Durham admits there was adequate reason to start the investigation. Unlike the Hillary investigation it wasnt revealed to the public at a critical time in the campaign. The FBI ignore their 60 day rule regarding elections with Hillary, ignored their policy about not inserting their personal opinion when announcing the charging decision, and sent a memo about reopening the investigation to Devin Nunes 11 days before the election knowing he would leak it straight to the media to influence the election. And you have no problem with that whatsoever. But investigating Trump with his own AG overseeing the investigation that in Trumps own words "exonerated" him long years before he was up for re-election is somehow a crime against America. Theres been rumors about Trump and Russia for years. They wouldnt have gone away if the FBI didnt investigate. In fact I would say it worked to Trumps benefit to be able to point to the Mueller report as a defense because otherwise it would have remained a widely believed rumor. Fact is the only reason he wasnt charged with obstruction of justice was because he was President and its unique situation legally and the only reason Don Jr wasnt charged with the very crime Trump claims he was exonerated of was because Mueller couldnt prove Don Jr knew colluding with Russians was a crime when he attempted to do it.

The special counsel investigating former President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to cling to power after he lost the 2020 election has subpoenaed staff members from the Trump White House who may have been involved in firing the government cybersecurity official whose agency judged the election “the most secure in American history,” according to two people briefed on the matter.

The team led by the special counsel, Jack Smith, has been asking witnesses about the events surrounding the firing of Christopher Krebs, who was the Trump administration’s top cybersecurity official during the 2020 election. Mr. Krebs’s assessment that the election was secure was at odds with Mr. Trump’s baseless assertions that it was a “fraud on the American public.”

Mr. Smith’s team is also seeking information about how White House officials, including in the Presidential Personnel Office, approached the Justice Department, which Mr. Trump turned to after his election loss as a way to try to stay in power, people familiar with the questions said.

The investigators appear focused on Mr. Trump’s state of mind around the firing of Mr. Krebs, as well as on establishing a timeline of events leading up to the attack on the Capitol by a pro-Trump mob on Jan. 6, 2021. The latest subpoenas, issued roughly two weeks ago, went to officials in the personnel office, according to the two people familiar with the matter.

Jack Smith has built his case around a tape of Trump admitting he took

intel about Iran, admitting it was classified, admitting he never

declassified it, and discussing its contents with people who don’t have

clearances. That’s an espionage conviction, beyond reasonable doubt.

Many remember the day last fall provocateur Randy Rhodes threw out the possibility
there were classified up to Top Secret documents involved.
Flabbergasted by the possibility , I then came here and threw out what I heard,
and the mountain of **** that followed

Well, here ya go
