It will be an interesting defense to explain the information behind his claim that he won by hundreds of thousands of votes in Georgia. His campaign paid good money to several consultants to investigate the elections. And those consultants informed the campaign that their investigation showed the results were accurate. Many other people told him the same. But hey I have my stash of popcorn ready and look forward to the defense making their case.
 
These indictments are all part of the left's war on free speech. Any information that falls outside their sphere of the MSM is a lie and it needs to be censored or in this case criminalized. It's why you people are dangerous.

He had sources that said it was stolen. That's what the call to the SoS was about.

Trumps sources were **** he read on the internet. Or people read on the internet and then told him. I literally cant wait for him to answer the question "why did you think 10,000 dead people voted in Georgia" because his answer "I read it on the internet" will be mocked relentlessly. The same people telling Trump he lost were the same people telling him he won in 2016. Apparently they are only credible to him when they tell him what he wants to hear. Trump should release his campaigns internal polling that showed him winning by hundreds of thousands of votes because thats not what his internal polling showed. He replaced Brad Parscale for telling him he is losing according to their polling.

Trump was and is free to say the election was rigged and stolen. He could say it on a train. He could say it in the rain. He could say it on a truck. He could say it while not giving a ****. He is charged with soliciting Georgia elected officials to disenfranchise Georgia's voters and violate their constitutional rights.

Recounts won't cut it for anyone that has remedial audit knowledge.

lol. Most of his sources came from stat guys who approached him and using election officials who witnessed the fraud. You really need to expand your horizons beyond Business Insider and Slate.

And the inconvenient fact that they have hundreds of signed affidavits from election workers.

I hope this is an open trial and Trumps team calls every single one of those election workers to share their story.

That's why he's not going to testify. Or call up any of his expert sources like Mr. Pillow. Cuz they literally have nothing.

The cost of rent in alternative reality land can get expensive.

That is why the left is going to stop at nothing to expedite and litigate behind closed doors.

A person who knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; makes a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or makes or uses any false writing or document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry, in any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of state government or of the government of any county, city, or other political subdivision of this state shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, or both.
