No - It is your position that the CARES Act facilitated all the mail in ballot cheating.

This is your claim. Now I want you to show your work and show me the allocations and how that led to the ballot cheating.

That's not the right way to look at it. Trump doesn't even have to offer an alternative explanation. That a defendant knew what they were saying was false is an element of the crime that the prosecution has a burden to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Simply saying something is false on its face is only going to work on things that are patent. If you put your birthdate on a form as 2033, they don't need to provide evidence showing you know you weren't born in 2033. Unless it's that patent, you're going to need evidence.

They're going to have to put on evidence showing Trump knew what he was saying was false. If they don't have any evidence showing he knew what he was saying was false, then they've not proven a necessary element of the crime. Proving knowledge in this situation could be difficult. They'll most likely need documents or sufficient witnesses showing he knew it was false.

Well my premise is that certain states used the mail in balloting process to deceive via harvesting and perhaps even creating votes out of thin air to help close the election gap.

You are telling me that this was not the source of the steal.

No you said that the CARES Act was the reason meaning that it created/facilitated the mail in ballot process. You need to support that. But you can't so you'll try to change hte subject in as many ways as you possibly can.

why you are unwilling to answer is befuddling to me

it's impossible for me to prove something that is wrong, so I need to understand what is true to reassess whether the Cares Act had anything to do with it or not

The 'Source' of the steal was a coordinated effort that started in 2018 to change laws in the state and then a fully funded operation from large globalist donors like Zuckerberg that created teams in all key swing counties to steal ballots and forge the voters intention.

The mail in ballots WERE ALWAYS GOING TO HAPPEN and the majority of the funding from the CARES act was election day safety/tech.

$400M was spent on election efforts, the majority of which was funding mail in balloting and absentee initiatives.

very poorly chosen one's lies are incandescently, transparently obvious not to mention stupid...he's been given the excuse "well he's a salesman"...i kind of doubt that works in a court of law

it's kind of like keeping a knee on someone's neck until he stops moving...we don't have to worry too much about what is going on inside the perp's mind...it's right there for all to see

If all these terrible things were pre planned and gonna happen no matter then what good was having Trump there? From where I sit he was cheering it on and funding it with your inflated dollars

The Act passed to ensure Americans were still able to vote. Not to greenlight the election steal which was years into planning and highly coordinated from places like Zuckerbucks.

But I know you aren't allowed to talk about those things anymore. It is just about OMB!!
