Trump Indictment Watch

PALM BEACH (The Borowitz Report)—Shortly after a Georgia grand jury indicted Donald J. Trump for trying to overturn the 2020 election, Melania Trump expressed concern that her husband’s mounting court dates could make him unavailable to attend “any divorce proceedings that might come up.”

The cult is strong. They really hitched their wagon to this loser and were like “I’d die for this fraud and burn every principle along the way to do so”

I seriously couldn’t think of a bigger loser to do that for

The stupid bitch from north Georgia comes to mind but she wants to suck that orange dick so bad she would never go up against him cause he’s her savior

We shall see just how strongly some are attached to Trump.

The trials are going to put a lot of strain on relationships that are not based on trust, fondness, or any agreement on public policy, but on the very fickle winds of short term mutual interests.

"Flipping like hamburgers in a fast food joint" is one phrase I've heard.

You are going to love the next 18 months.

October 2nd - NY AG lawsuit for fraud where Trump could be fined 250 million and barred from doing business in NY

January 2nd - Jack Smith's DC case around January 6th. This is his requested start date so not set in stone yet,

January 15th - E Jean Carrolls defamation lawsuit trial. This is from when Trump was President. He delayed the trial through appeals claiming defaming people was a part Presidential duties. He defamed her after leaving office which is what the first suit handled.

March 25th - Criminal trial for falsifying buisness records to hide his hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.

May 20th - Documents case trial

TBD - Atleast one more trial for Trumps RICO charges in Georgia.

Fanni asking for a March 4th trial date. Trump could already be in prison by this point if Jack Smith gets the January 2nd trial date he requested.

I wonder how many more regular citizens are going to get caught up in the BS.

Abigail Jo Shry called the chambers of Judge Tanya Chutkan on August 5, and left a voicemail message threatening to “kill anyone who went after former President Trump,” according to a criminal complaint.

Shry is charged with Transmission in Interstate or Foreign Commerce of any Communication Containing a Threat to Injure the Person of Another. She is being held in detention pending trial, according to court documents, and a bond hearing has been set for September 13.

“If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b*tch,” Shry said in the message, according to the complaint. “You are in our sights, we want to kill you.”

Like flies to a pile of crap. Yes, you can scare people you think you don't like with threats, but there are consequences. "Who knew threatening a judge was against the law???"

I'm going to guess that Ms. Shry wasn't exactly a model citizen before she threatened to kill a judge.

The short bus folk who become criminals trying to protect Trump in the coming months and years probably need to be off the streets. Eventually they'll learn.

I am certain that Trump had no earthly idea that the government
would be able to secure his direct messages via a lawful search warrant.
Trump has very little knowledge about anything at all.

Right wing media and MAGA Republicans mispronouncing Fani as "fanny" on purpose.

Because... of course they are.

She was just using her first amendment right to express her dissatisfaction with the Judge....

It can’t really be pronounced any other way and the Fanny has phonetic sound is a not so common but very much real name

As a flaming lib this shocks me none that it’s what outrages you

He has been plotting this since Nixon resigned. He was of the group in Nixons circle that was advocating in 1974 what we are now seeing.
Then.he found Trump

Former President Donald Trump's promised press conference to refute the allegations in the indictment handed up by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office is now very much in doubt, multiple sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News.

Sources tell ABC News that Trump's legal advisers have told him that holding such a press conference with dubious claims of voter fraud will only complicate his legal problems and some of his attorneys have advised him to cancel it.

Trump announced the planned press conference with a social media post shortly after he and 18 co-defendants were indicted late Monday in Georgia. He said he would present, "A Large, Complex, Detailed but Irrefutable REPORT on the Presidential Election Fraud which took place in Georgia."

Georgia's Republican governor responded to that with his own social media post declaring, "The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen. For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward -- under oath -- and prove anything in a court of law.”

Campaigning in Iowa, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he agreed with Kemp. And so did former Vice President Mike Pence, who said on Wednesday, "The Georgia election was not stolen."

Georgia's 2020 presidential election has been thoroughly examined and re-examined. The results were confirmed in three separate counts, include a hand count of the nearly 5 million ballots cast in the state. Under Attorney General Bill Barr, Trump's own Justice Department looked allegations made by Trump. So did the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

It would be a shame if this much-anticipated presentation of proof of election theft in Georgia did not take place. Was looking forward to it.
