Trump Indictment Watch

He should exercise his first amendment rights. But he should take care not to include any Georgia state and local officials in the distribution list for his "report." That would indeed complicate his legal situation.

Hopefully its as funny as one of the crackhead mike Lindell's events. I watched it, he actually screwed up and had Biden winning one state Trump had won and insisted it was a typo.

I agree, its just a placeholder at this point. I dont really know what timeframe to expect. Could we have two separate trials at the same time? His calendar is filling up quickly.

Trump apparently hates this picture and Fox for using it.

Smith's election interference case is simpler and will probably go first. Chutkan is going to set a date for that by the end of this month. I'm guessing February. It will probably take over a month. Realistically, the earliest the case in Atlanta could go is April. But the documents case in Florida is scheduled for May so an April date might not provide a long enough window. My guess is Atlanta gets sceduled for July.

January--the E Jean Carroll defamation case in NY

February--Smith's case in DC

May--the documents case in Florida

July--the Atlanta trial

All of the NL East cities are represented save for Philadelphia. Hope they not feeling left out.

Therew a good reason he wanted to do a press conference rather than submit it to the court. He can just make up whatever he wants with no scrutiny and then claim he proved it. When he submits it to the court they will ask for proof and won't accept "I read it on the internet".

If just challenging an election was criminal why isn't Kari Lake indicted? Because she only challenged it via the courts. She has been running around everywhere still claiming she won but hasn't been arrested or even investigated.

Claim: Trump lied about the election being stolen

Counterargument: Can you show us the election wasn't stolen?

"Well we recounted ballots!"

"Ok, did you do any existence testing to ensure legal voters that intended to vote?"

"NO WHY WOULD WE DO THAT! WE RECOUNTED!!!!"

"Here is an auditing 101 book for you to brush up on."

The state isnt required to prove a negative. Trump will be responsible for proving any fraud. And "I read it on the internet" aint gonna fly. What the state will provide is dozens and dozens of Trump supporters who voted for Trump and people with a vested interest in Trump winning saying there was no outcome determining fraud. Saying "yeah but they didnt cavity search election workers to ensure they werent hiding ballots up their butt" isnt going to work.

No - The state needs to prove that Trump knowingly lied as has been said repeatedly.

Trumps lawyers asking for an April trial in the Jack Smith J6 investigation....... April of 2026...... lolololololololololololol

Right to a speedy trial is only for the defenedent and not the prosecution.

All these trials have been delayed years but all of a sudden they want it done quickly.

Sure thing.

That’s likely the normal timeline for such a trial I’d guess. Lot of moving parts

Not shocked Cajun wants exceptions made for Trump
