Ok, fine... trump is the most polarizing guy in US history the last 158 years.

And yes, there have been presidents killed in office and attempted... I don't think guys like JFK and Reagan were as polarizing. Sure both obviously had people that disliked them, but I think there was a much bigger group in the middle that didn't feel strongly either way.

And "the greatest thing" statement in your other post is rich when you compared trump to hitler
 
And I have said numerous times here I don't want trump. I was fine with his policies for the most part, but he's too childish for my taste

They are a "threat to the nation" because their unseriousness and lack of competence and focus is allowing a tyrannical insane democratic party to.run roughshod over the country, not due to anything they are doing to the country
 
eh...as Pence put it very poorly chosen one wanted him to put him above the constitution...people who continue to support him are similarly downgrading our constitutional system below their cult-like devotion to a man who is about underserving of their devotion as can be imagined...they have a choice of about a dozen perfectly qualified people running for the GOP nomination and continue to support a malign clown and career criminal (and rapist too...let's not overlook that little detail)

Its funny to me that when I go over to MAGA land they are both demanding something and complaining about getting that something. And by something I mean prosecuting the people who tried to rig the election. Now I know some here have the MAGA disease so lets break this down. What is a rigged election. Its when no matter the outcome the winner is pre-determined. Which is exactly what Trump tried to do. His plan was reported on months before the election and Googliani's aide said she heard the plan being talked about in February of 2020. So before the election the Trump campaign planned to claim voter fraud if they lose to try to get red states he lost to flip the result to him. This was the plan months before any votes were even cast. The only scenario where Trump doesnt claim he lost via fraud was if he won outright. By literal definition Trump tried to rig the election and its the heart of two of his indictments. If you want people prosecuted for rigging the election you want Trump prosecuted.

His plan to steal the election was publicly previewed by his friends before the election. It ruined the suspense for some of us. But has turned out to be helpful for prosecutors.

The theres the post office rigging that was thwarted by the courts. Trump got a big donor appointed as Postmaster General who immediately tried to slow down service with the election coming up knowing there would be a lot of mail in ballots. The courts ordered Trumps mega donor PG to make sure mail in ballots made it in time. It was obvious the idea was to slow down service and then sue to say anything arriving late shouldnt count. This is of course projection because it was never allowed to run its course but Trump did sue to try to block late arriving mail in ballots.
