Trump was investigated and prosecuted FOR FIFTY YEARS —

he was a target back in the 70s and 80s and 90s and 2000s

but he bullied and bought off prosecutors and got away with everything.

What changed?

Trump finally ran into prosecutors who weren’t scared — or for sale.

Smart move for him. With his job, he knows how the system works. And his plea deal includes him testifying later against other defendants. Stay tuned for Scott Hall.

Its long past the time that anyone treats the apparatus as legitimate.

The people are with Trump.

More and more the people of this country are seeing through the joke that is our institutions.

Thats why the indictments of Trump are only helping him and when these BS cases are thrown out (some in appeal) it will make him even stronger.

NYT op ed the other day discussed if this was going too far... Every real estate person in the world could be under indictment if this is the standard they use.
