Trump Indictment Watch

Sure just have to show more work than that

Raffy tape recording his call pretending that Trump was pressuring him to create things and then letting the media run with it?

Doing nothing about how Fulton County runs their elections?

Allowing DA's to run roughshod over the Trump surrogates who contested the election?

Eventually you have to take a leap to an obvious conclusion.

Asking for more here is the same as the people asking for more when the laptop clearly showed Biden crime family activities back in late 2019.

Sometimes, a thing is the thing it makes it out to be because of their actions.

My favorite is MAGA cult does everything in their power to destroy Brian Kemp, and then cry like the little babies they are when Kemp doesn't help them

Poor wittle magadonians

Which position did he hold in 2018?

I was told here over and over they were all going away for 20 for RICO

What happened?

Wanna quote anyone specifically or just throw out vague statements with nothing to back it up? Pawns got a deal to testify against the rest. And that's somehow a loss for us in your mind

Trump fined 5k for violating gag order in NY. These Judges keep saying they will lock him up for this **** but continue to do jack ****. 5k fine? Like Trump will even pay that. He will use PAC money he grifted off crazies like the the to pay it. These judges need to put up or **** up. We and Donald both know they won't enforce the rules on Trump like they would a peasant.

Manafort, Stone and Bannon got pardons.

And a jury in a civil trial found very poorly chosen one himself guilty of rape. Forcibly penetrating a woman with his fingers for those hung up on the legal distinction between sexual assault and rape.

Since Fani Willis responded, for a second time, to Jim Jordan's attempt

to obstruct her prosecution of Trump and his co-conspirators on October 11,

Jordan has lost 3 votes to be Speaker and

Willis has flipped 2 Trump lawyers.

MAGA keeps trying to make up a bribery scandal for Biden but here we have a billionaire literally admitting to buying access to President Trump as the reason he became a member where the money goes to..... President Trump. But thats not a bribe. Somehow. Biden should buy a hotel and all Hunters "business partners" can just rent rooms to pay their bribes.

Trump filed several frivilous motions before the deadline for pre-trial motions in the Jan 6 DC case. The one I find most interesting is this one.

Not because it has a chance to succeed but because of its relvancy for the future and context of the past. The claims which largely rely on reporting on behind the scenes comments made by Biden from the Washington Post and New York Times, which Trump frequently says is fake news is hilarious. I imagine prosecutors will or could just simply show Trumps own public comments about those media to discredit that claim. Not that it would make a difference if the reporting was accurate. Beyond that Trumps own motion here says the government cant prosecute someone if the President makes any comment about someone being prosecuted even if not made publicly. Now compare this to Trump constant screeching about how this and that person should be prosecuted for this or that and that if he wins in 2024 he will prosecute everyone for any perceived grievance he has. So this motion says any case brought by a Trump DoJ for any person Trump has publicly or privately said should be prosecuted could not happen.

Jenna Ellis, who says she "looks back on this whole experience with deep remorse", is the latest domino to fall. Stay tuned.

I can't wait until they start trying to discredit her by saying she is a convicted felon like they do Michael Cohen.

With 4 people now cooperating ita going to make it very difficult for anyone to lie about what happened. Not all 4 were there for everything but when more than 1 was there they can't lie because they don't know if the other is going to lie. As it relates to Trump if his story conflicted with one witness who knows what the truth is. If there's 2+ witnesses conflicting with his story that's going to look real bad for Trump. Might be a moot point though since Trump's defense is basically "yeah I did it, but **** you I can do whatever I want".
