I don't know what the prosecutor is allowed to ask but the first thing I would do is start asking him to state all the claims he has made about voter fraud under oath.

Not going to make a new thread but Sarah Hickabee Sanders bought a 7,500 dollar lectern for 19k from a lobbyist using state funds. Questions were raised after the purchase was exposed since the lectern in question wasnt even being used. An investigation is underway by state Republican so obviously there will be accountability regardless of the facts.

If anyone on a campus of a school in the university of Florida system threatened anyone they should be charged/expelled etc. Afaik that hasn't happened.

Nicholas John Roske, the California man who was arrested in June 2022 for attempting to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, has pleaded not guilty to the charge. He is currently being held in custody pending trial.
According to the FBI, Roske traveled from California to Maryland armed with a gun, a knife, and other weapons, with the intent to kill Kavanaugh. He was arrested outside of Kavanaugh's home after calling police and saying that he was having suicidal thoughts and had a gun in his suitcase.
In an interview with police, Roske said that he was upset by the leaked draft opinion suggesting that the Supreme Court was about to overrule Roe v. Wade, the landmark abortion case. He also said that he was upset over the school massacre in Uvalde, Texas, and believed that Kavanaugh would vote to loosen gun control laws.
Roske's trial is scheduled to begin on February 27, 2023. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Who needs to make excuses? It was a legal shooting. Her family couldnt even win a civil suit. If Republicans are truly outraged by it then introduce legislation making it illegal to shoot an unarmed person. I bet that gets a lot more support from the left than the right. Until then stop bitching, she would be alive today if Trump wasn't a sore loser.
