What part of that sentence is a lie? Is Tou Thao in prison for some other crime? Derek Chauvin is a convicted murderer. These are facts. I know you have trouble with reality but until and unless a court overturns the verdicts it is not a lie to state the fact. And the cops are the Capital were extremely outnumbered. You people not being thankful for the restraint the cops showed for the insurrectionists has made me lose any and all sympathy for these people. Who knows how many of those retards would have followed her through that window. All it took was one bullet to defend each entrance as the cowards yelling about how its 1776 and they were coming for the politicians started rethinking their commitment when one bullet was fired. I said I don't think Chauvin was legally guilty of murder, not that I think he was innocent. I think he was guilty of torturing Floyd. There was no need to stay kneeling on his neck when he was already subdued. We sentence people for the crimes they are convicted of.

While handcuffed on the ground with 4 cops, yeah, it's pretty hard to run. Did you see the physical shape Floyd was in. The only thing he could run to was an all you can eat buffet.
I thought we didn't want the cops to restrain him?
ANd he was high off of his ass and is therefore by nature unpredictable in that situation. Floyds death is 100% his fault. He was a detriment to society anyway so nobody should shed a tear.

Who said they can't restrain him? That doesn't mean a knee to the back of the neck for 10 minutes is appropriate. Floyd only resisted getting in the car. At no point was he trying to flee.
