So the law and constitution is determined by a poll of the people you consider to be the best legal minds? Or in a court room with Judges appointed by our elected officials?
No doubt the judges make the decision but if you can't figure out what these judges are doing your knowledge of the law needs to improve. The law is fine but judges are twisting to their own desires like we've seen in the J6 cases.

I for one am shocked and appalled to learn for the first time in my life that Judges may have personal biases. But only the ones I dont agree with. Those are the biased ones. The ones I agree with are the noble patriot vanguard of truth and or justice.

I am willing to accept whatever the end result is. You mistake my laughing at Trumps misfortune and you peoples outrage over it as caring about Trump losing any particular case. I dont even fear Trump winning in 2024 as much as you probably think I do. Its not going to end well for him unless he croaks at a convenient time.

When people file to be on the ballot in Illinois they ask the candidate to sign a loyalty pledge that they wont try to overthrow the government through illegal means. Nothing new, Biden signed it, RDS signed it, Trump signed it in 2016 and 2020..... and now he refuses to sign it. Its not even something thats legally binding.

Curiously the Supreme Court declines to hear the case of "Cowboys for Trump" founder being DQ'd from holding the office of County Commissioner for his role in the J6 insurrection via lawsuit and decision by a State Judge. Kind of sending mixed signals there.
