You have to believe Carroll's everchanging story (which I'm sure you're unaware because of the media you follow) to believe she was raped. As you said that a different case.

Yep, while completely ignoring her original story. Also, don't get me started how her story copies a Law and Order episode even down to a dressing room at the same exact store. It's okay though. As we've seen with Carroll she can delete subpoenaed e-mail and have an unlicensed firearm and nothing happens to her. It's nice being a democrat in New Yawk.

I know she changed her story. Do you you know the story about her dress? Of course you don't.

Her story copies a Law and Order episode nearly verbatim.

She deleted subpoenaed e-mails.

Bragg is trying to say it is illegal and that it's a form of election interference. They went after Pecker for it. We're not talking about a real news site either. Trying to say that a tabloid actually can affect any election is laughable.

This won't hold up in the appeals process at all if they get Trump on it.

No, a scheme for Fake News isn't illegal, but it's a very bad look for him and impossible to ignore.

The secondary crime is campaign finance violations not election interference, which I dont think is even a charge someone could get. The payoff counted as a political donation because it was to benefit his campaign. The falsifying business records becomes a felony when it is to cover up another crime.
 
I believe it was amplify bad news on opponents not falsify.

I guess the opposite of the laptop situation for msm
