I hope he is convicted and goes the jail at this point. We are winning in the court of public opinion. What 12 idiot leftist jurors say is irrelevant.

The problem is that if he goes to jail we don't know how long it will take an appeals court to free him. Perhaps until after the election.

What I *think* will happen is that he will be convicted but won't serve jail time until his appeals are over which means he'll serve none.

There is also the possibility that the judge will not sentence him to jail even if convicted.

Hard to say what will happen.

I don’t have a strong opinion. If people in Georgia feel like that election was stolen, they have every right to investigate (I support full audits for all elections) and vote for different election officials.
