The witness is there to testify to facts they know. Either side can object if he starts rambling about things besides those facts. Some witnesses are prone to digressing and both sides can ask the judge to intervene and instruct the jury to disregard testimony that goes beyond what the witness is there to testify about. I'm not a lawyer but this is fairly basic stuff. If the judge doesn't do his job in this or some other regard it opens up grounds for appeal. I think the digressions by Stormy Daniels about the details of her encounter with Trump were more prejudicial and more likely to bear fruit as an avenue of appeal. I'm surprised Trump's lawyers didn't object. But the judge also should have cut her off when she said things that implied he was a predator. Even sexual predators deserve fair judicial proceedings.

He said himself the next day that he wished she hadn't gotten into some of the things she said. Of all of the things that happened in this trial, I think this one gives the best grounds for a possible appeal.

Ah - I guess you missed hte part where I always exclude Manhattan and the Bronx.

I know its hard to keep up when you're swinging above your IQ class.

Crowds travel. Probably 50% tops Bronx residents.

Tides are turning but it takes time to undo the brainwashing instituted by the left for decades. Trump is the only one that could have started this momentum though and deep down every single hater knows that.
